How does 1-1 training work? After you apply or book a call, we go over your goals, lifestyle, schedule, and training experience. From there, I build a fully customized training program and nutrition guidance tailored to your needs. You’ll get weekly check-ins, unlimited messaging access, progress tracking, and ongoing adjustments to keep you moving forward.

What makes this different from your monthly subscription programs? The monthly subscription gives you great training and community support, but 1-1 coaching is a completely personalized experience. Every part of the program is designed around YOUR goals, YOUR schedule, and YOUR training level. If you want expert oversight, accountability, form review, and faster progress, 1-1 is the right fit. If you're not ready for that level of commitment, the monthly subscription is a great place to start.

Do I have to be experienced to start? No. I work with beginners, returning athletes, and people who have trained for years. The plan is customized to your current level so you progress safely and consistently.

What happens after I apply or book a call? You’ll hear from me within 24–48 hours. We’ll talk through your goals, barriers, and what you want from coaching. If it’s a great fit, we’ll get you set up inside the app, build your plan, and start your first phase of training. If it's not the right fit, I’ll point you toward the best next step.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment? No. Coaching is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime. I want people who want to be here, not people stuck in a contract.
